Highland Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect who robbed the Bradford National Bank.

A man armed with a handgun stole money from the bank’s ATM as an employee was attending to the machine outside the bank, located at 1100 Merchantile Dr., at 8:30 a.m. Friday, police said. The female employee was not injured.

The suspect is described as a white man approximately 6 feet, 1 inch tall with a slender build in his 20s or 30s. He was wearing a camouflage hat with orange or red lettering on front, dark gray jacket, dark cargo pants and a black and white camouflage scarf across his face.

Police said the suspect may have used a newer model blue ford mustang. The suspect got away with a container that had an undisclosed amount of cash in it.
