It doesn’t look like concealed-carry will be ready for a vote in the Illinois House anytime soon. however, state Rep. Brandon Phelps, a Harrisburg democrat says there is not much time left to make a decision.  CONCEAL CARRY

Phelps says they know there is still going to be negotiation and the good thing about it the law-abiding gun owners are in the game. He notes legislators have to pass something, or as some gun advocates say, they will win again because of a December court ruling ordering the State of Illinois to pass some type of conceal carry law.

House members offered amendments to House Bill 1155 last week. not all of the amendments have been voted on.
