Ryan E. Mulvaney was found guilty in November of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of two victims ages 8 and 10. The jury took only 30 minutes to return their verdict.

On Thursday, Chief Judge s. Gene Schwarm sentenced Mulvaney to two consecutive 12-year sentences, as well as one concurrent 12-year and one consecutive 6-year sentence on the four counts.

Mulvaney was already a registered sex offender at the time of his arrest in Fayette County. In 2004, he was sentenced in Marion County Court to 3-years in IDOC, after he was convicted of felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a 16-year-old victim.
