Lawmakers are going after deadbeat parents in Illinois. A new bill seeks to go after people who win more than $30,000 at casinos, but skip out on their child support payments. The bill would require casino operators to check with the state’s child support registry before cutting the big check.  The bill has already passed a senate committee.
