• Winning Lotto ticket set to expire

    A winning Little Lotto ticket sold in the central Illinois village of Tolono expires April 10. Illinois lottery officials say time is running out to claim the $50,000 prize.

    The winning numbers in the April 10, 2012, little lotto drawing were 09 — 12 — 29 — 33 — 35. the winning ticket was sold at Casey’s General Store in Tolono. The Champaign County village has a population of about 3,400.

    Players have a year from the original drawing date to claim their prize. Lottery prizes up to $600 can be claimed at most Lottery retail locations.

    Prizes of more than $600 can be claimed at one of five Lottery Prize Centers across Illinois. The centers are located in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford and Fairview Heights.
