• Farina man charged with murder-for-hire

    A Farina man has been ordered bound over on murder-for-hire charges. Mark G. Fulk, 35, is accused of offering cash, a motorcycle,Police Picture2 an auto shop, and a house to another man to kill Fulk’s wife. 

    The man, identified as John Shelton, told Fulk’s wife and authorities were called in. The alleged solicitation occurred April 5. Fulk is being held in the Fayette County Jail without bond. He is next scheduled in court at 1:30 p.m., May 15, for an arraignment. He is represented by attorney Lou J. Vivierto.
