    A group of Florida teenagers will remember more than just the dancing at their high school prom.

    Twenty prom-bound seniors from Western High School and their limo driver jumped out of their car to help rescue a family whose van had overturned on the highway. feel good story

    Limo driver Danny Izzi was traveling behind the van when he spotted it swerve, hit a wall and turn over. He quickly stopped the limo and got out to help.

    When the teens looked out to find out why they had stopped, they saw the accident and sprang into action, helping to pull five adults, a nine-year-old boy and a two-year-old girl to safety.

    All the passengers suffered minor injuries, and the teens went on their way to the prom, arriving only 15 minutes late, but a little less pulled together than when they started. In fact, one girl had blood all over her gown, but she didn’t seem too worried. She was able to wash it off and continue with the evening.
