Three Centralia men were arrested Monday on charges connecting them with the alleged burglary of the Centralia Food Mart.

According to Centralia police detective Capt. Richard Densmore, sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning when the store was opened, someone entered the store by breaking the drive thru window.

Centralia police arrested 19-year-old Cody R. Roth, and 17-year-old Tyler L. Atchison. They were charged Tuesday morning in Marion County Court with one count each Class 2 felony burglary. Also arrested was 19-year-old James D. Reeves Jr., who was charged this morning with misdemeanor theft.

Densmore says an employee of the Food Mart looked at surveillance video and recognized one of the alleged suspects.

Police then went to a trailer home where they believed they would find the men. Two of the suspects were apprehended at the Centralia trailer home and the third was located and arrested at the shopping center, where he was reportedly heard bragging about the burglary and about where the trio had spent the money.
