CENTRALIA — Two Centralia residents are being held in the Marion County Jail today, charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 30-year-old Heather M. Pratt and 30-year-old Anthony D. Winkler, both of residences on north Cherry Street in Centralia.

They were taken into custody after allegedly admitting they purchased pseudoephedrine pills that were to be used to manufacture meth.

They also allegedly admitted to selling pills to Billy Cameron, a 36-year-old from Centralia who was arrested and charged last week with multiple charges, including manufacture of meth.

Winkler told deputies he purchased pills for Cameron approximately 25 times. His bail has been set at $25,000. Pratt, whose bail has been set at $15,000, reportedly admitted to purchasing the pills five or six times.

Cameron remains in the Marion County Jail with bail set at $150,000.
