Georgia L. Heugel, 57, of Junction City passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 at her home. She was born the daughter of Joe and Lois (Weston) Heugel on August 4, 1956 in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
She is survived by one daughter Jessica Phillips, husband Peter of Junction City; one son Bill Wilmoth of Junction City; two sisters Eva Burr, husband Paul of Sandoval and Bobbie Farris of Sandoval; four grandchildren Lyndsay, Natalie, Koby, Tiara; beloved monkey Visa; nieces Heather Heugel, Hannah Burr, Allie VonBurg, nephews Cecil Burr, Andy VonBurg, great-nephews Jonathan Stevenson, Dallas Burr.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Joe Heugel.
Georgia was the owner of Georgia’s Perms & More, & of Georgia’s Snake Pit Bar. She worked for over 10 years at Murray Center. She had a license to breed exotic animals, which she had many of over the years. She had a love and passion for her monkeys & Harley motorcycles. She enjoyed playing bingo & pool, & was a member of the Centralia Moose Lodge. She was an avid supporter of the red & white machine Local 81. She loved spending time with her family & friends.
Services will be held 5:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Day Macz Funeral Home in Sandoval. Visitation will be from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family wishes.
