Leotis Anderson is charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

According to police, they recovered 58 grams of cannabis and nearly $1,700 in cash after executing a search warrant on a room at the Knight’s Inn Motel on South Poplar Tuesday night.

Anderson was not in the room at the time, but when he was located Wednesday he was arrested and taken to the Marion County jail.

Police say the search warrant was sought after police developed information that drugs were present and allegedly being sold out of the motel room.
