On Wednesday March 9th at noon, Withers Broadcasting debuted the new U.S. 97-7, southern Illinois’ only full-time classic country station.  This is the station for the legends of country music.  From Johnny Cash to George Jones, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, The Oak Ridge Boys, Randy Travis to Alabama.  If you remember the music W3D played 25 to 30 years ago, that’s what U.S. 97-7 sounds like.
