More on Lindsay Lohan’s Car Accident…
Looks like Lindsay Lohan is not going to be able to move past her weekend car accident so easily. According to TMZ, James, the driver of the truck Lindsay slammed into, has hired a lawyer and is claiming he was injured in the crash. Of course, you know what that means – he wants money for his pain and suffering. Over the weekend James told TMZ he felt fine, but (likely on his lawyer’s advice), he decided to visit a doctor on Sunday. He’s not discussing any of his injuries at this time.
